Meet the owner!

My name is Mercedes:

Aba Macarons since 2022. I quit my job for many reasons but the most important reason is that I wanted to start my own business. After much thinking I decided to start this adventure before I got too old. I love making these sweet delicious macarons which I learned from a previous job/company. I make my own butter cream, ganache and more! I work very hard at making these macarons with perfection.

I am passionate about my business and dedicated to my customers. I want to share with my customers the same love I have for these delicious cookies and to consider having them at their next gathering or event.
