My name is Mercedes, the proud owner and baker behind Aba Macarons, established in 2022.

I started this sweet adventure after leaving my job — not just for change, but to finally follow a dream. I wanted to create something beautiful, meaningful, and delicious to share with others before life got too busy to try.

I fell in love with making these delicate French cookies while working at a previous bakery, and since then, I’ve dedicated myself to perfecting every recipe. I make all my buttercreams, ganache, and fillings by hand — with care, creativity, and a touch of love in every batch.

At Aba Macarons, I’m passionate about quality and connection. My goal is to share the same joy I feel when baking with each of my customers — whether it’s for a wedding, birthday, or just a well-deserved treat.
