Our Shipping Policy

We ship orders Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to avoid the weeken layover and to guarantee the freshness of our products. We also do not ship on national holidays.

Orders received after 12pm PST time will be shipped on the next shipping day.

If a specific delivery date is preferred, please add date preferred delivered date in “Additional notes” box during checkout and we will adjust your ship date accordingly.

Charges result from returned/rerouted packages due to incorrect addresses will be billed in full to the customer.

Orders can be canceled or modificated up to 48 hours before the scheduled ship date. Contact us at mercedes@abamacarons.com for this inquiries.

Retuns

Due to the perishable nature of our macarons, no returns will be acceptable.

For damages during shipping, we require photographs of the external shipping box as well as the damaged product in order to submit a damage claim.

If you have issues with your order, please contact us at mercedes@abamacarons.com with in 2 days of receving your order and provide a photo and detailed description of the issue and we will make every effort t to make sure you are satisfied wit your order.

Care Instructions

During the hot seasons, packages are shipped with an ice pack to keep the macarons cold. The ice pack will melt during transit “do not worry if this happen!

to maintain freshness, please refrigerate macarons upon arrival. Macarons should be eaten at room temperature, so please allow them to sit for 15 minutes out of the fridge or 30 minutes out of the freezer before enjoying.

If you do not finish the macarons in one sitting, they should be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or in the freezer for a month.
